With more than 14 years of experience in patent, design, trademark, and copyright enforcement, Juliana has advised companies across the fashion, consumer goods, digital media and software sectors. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology and an MSc in Intellectual Property Management.
At Minesoft, she specialises in AI/Patent workflow optimization, enabling teams and helping clients align IP strategy with business goals.
